Job Description
As an Marketing Manager, AppFoundry you will support technology partners and help them succeed in selling their applications on Genesys' enterprise marketplace, AppFoundry. Your role includes executing marketing campaigns, managing leads, and liaising with AppFoundry stakeholders.
You will collaborate with the technology partnership management, Genesys sales teams, and external AppFoundry partners and Genesys reseller partners. In your role, you will communicate extensively with external parties, ensuring that Genesys' needs are represented while also assuring that all AppFoundry (AF) partner desires are reflected in communications between Genesys and the AF partner. You will be working with the AppFoundry marketplace and will become familiar with all details of the Genesys AppFoundry partnership program.
Key Responsibilities
As an Marketing Manager, AppFoundry, you will work with Genesys AppFoundry partners, as well as Genesys resellers and customer prospects. Your position enables Genesys partners to succeed within the Genesys ecosystem.
Marketing activities & campaigns
  • Liaise with AppFoundry partners and advise on marketing activities that suit their needs and align with their marketing goals
  • Collect and coordinate campaign assets in an organized manner, and execute marketing activities on behalf of partners with a timely and strategic approach
  • Schedule, set up, and host weekly webinars in a professional and confident manner. This entails thorough preparation, experience with Zoom webinar functionality, and strong presentation skills
  • Build marketing analytics dashboards to identify ROI of AppFoundry marketing program from campaigns and app listings requests
Communications & content
  • Create, design, and execute email marketing campaigns to promote AppFoundry and its partners
  • Produce high-quality monthly newsletters to highlight and share all company updates, information, news, and offers with people on our mailing list
  • Write clean, concise, and well-polished copy that is consistent with Genesys' tone and mission
  • Produce eye-catching banners and graphics that are consistent with Genesys branding and showcase innovative creativity
  • Manage digital content library and news center in a structured and organized manner, ensuring information is easy to find and available to the appropriate audiences
Lead management and reporting
  • Track incoming AppFoundry leads by creating a Campaign ID in SFDC for each incoming marketplace form fill and AppFoundry webinar registrant.
  • Manage incoming app listing request opportunities in SFDC, collaborate with the account owner to ensure lead follow-up and status, and maintain journey management until deal close.
Qualifications
  • 4-6 years in a marketing role
  • Educational background in business
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Attention to detail is essential
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Excel and PowerPoint), Salesforce.com and Zoom required
  • Experience with Canva (or similar design platform) preferred
  • Demonstrated aptitude for continuous learning and innovative thinking
  • Excellent communication skills (fluent English, written and spoken)
  • Excellent teamwork skills are required

Compensation:
This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a commission or performance-based bonus opportunities.
$70,200.00 - $137,800.00
