Welcome to the relentless pursuit of better.Inviting applications for Manager / Senior Manager, Sales AnalyticsWe are looking for a manager with rich experience in Sales Force Effectiveness in pharma / life sciences in the areas of Reporting, Field force analytics - Call planning, territory alignment, goal setting, incentive compensation, Segmentation etc.Key Requirements• Demonstrated experience with pharma commercial analytics processes like Reporting, Field force analytics - Call planning, territory alignment, goal setting, incentive compensation, Segmentation etc.,• Demonstrated Analytics operations including brand launch support, brand positioning, customer segmentation, patient analytics, market mix modeling, campaign effectiveness measurement and competitive analysis, Omni channel etc.• Understanding of recent changes in commercial models example dynamic targeting, multi channel call plan, micro segmentation etc.,• Hands on technical skills in SQL, R, Python• Experience leading and mentoring a team of 5-10 analysts.
