What You Will Do Support Southwest Regional Talent Acquisition efforts Attend weekly recruiting meetings with hiring managers for current studio needs Network and engage with top talent and recruit them to Gensler Work with our existing talent acquisition team to review applicants for open positions Work with the Talent Acquisition Coordinators to set up all interviews Coordinate and conduct phone screens for qualified applicants Track and update all interview evaluation forms in Workday Maintain applicant status changes in Workday Assist in EEO and Workday Audits Prepare recruiting offer letter packets Maintain University Recruiting calendar of events for our Internship Program Update and maintain compensation staff reports for offers Your Qualifications 5
years in Recruiting for Architecture firms (Preferred but not required) Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field Knowledge of HRIS Experience with applicant tracking systems Experience sourcing candidates and using your... own network of contacts in the industry Excellent organizational skills Ability to multi-task and perform in fast paced environment Foundational understanding of human resources and recruiting Life at Gensler At Gensler, we are as committed to enjoying life as we are to delivering best-in-class design.
