Business Development Representative (EMEA - Dutch Speaking)
GitLab is looking for a Dutch-speaking Business Development Representative to join their Revenue Marketing team. The role involves prospecting and engaging with Enterprise accounts to generate qualified meetings and pipeline for the Sales organization.
Skills
- Fluency in Dutch
- Positive and energetic phone skills
- Strong writing skills
- Knowledge of business process and roles
- Determined personality with a desire to grow
- Proficient in using Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Responsibilities
- Execute outbound prospecting initiatives
- Conduct high-level discovery conversations in target accounts
- Meet or exceed BDR sourced Sales Accepted Opportunity (SAO) volume targets
- Collaborate with teammates to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging
- Utilize business and industry knowledge to research accounts and generate interest
- Manage, track, and report on all activities and results
- Participate in documenting processes and updating the handbook
