Customer Success Manager, France
GitLab is looking for a Customer Success Manager to align with customers’ business outcomes, enable them on existing use cases, and expand into additional use cases. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of software development, DevSecOps, and prior experience in customer success.
Skills
- Knowledge of Git and branching strategies
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and DevSecOps
- Experience in customer success and partnering with customers on business outcomes
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
Responsibilities
- Partner with customers to translate positive business outcomes into objectives
- Guide customers on the GitLab platform, best practices, and use cases
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer questions and issues
- Focus on increasing adoption, retention, and overall customer satisfaction
