Ability to provide high degree of account management and control

Responsibilities
Support strategic large prospects and customers in the Michigan region
Provide account leadership in pre- and post-sales process
Conduct sales activities and develop opportunities in large/strategic accounts
Ensure successful rollout and adoption of GitLab products
Generate qualified leads and develop new customers
Expand knowledge of industry and competitive posture
Prepare activity and forecast reports
Contribute to root cause analysis on wins/losses
Communicate lessons learned to the team
Assist in conveying customer needs to product managers and technical support staff
Utilize a consultative approach to discuss business issues with prospects
Develop an account plan based on customer's business needs
Collaborate with Marketing on strategies
