Related sales or customer experience in B2B software sales.
Fluent in German.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to identify customer-level risk.
Responsibilities
Maximize customer retention rates through effective sales techniques.
Execute the renewal process to ensure ARR is retained or expanded.
Evaluate license usage and complete the true-up requirements.
Understand and align customer’s business needs and goals to generate renewal quotes.
Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success Managers on renewals strategy.
Education
Relevant degree or equivalent experience in sales/renewals.
