Manager, Success Services, EMEA

The Manager, Success Services is responsible for driving success and adoption of paid success plan offerings and services in the EMEA region. They lead a team of Customer Success Architects and collaborate with sales teams to sell success services to customers.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and mentor a team of Customer Success Architects
  • Collaborate with sales teams on service offerings and value propositions
  • Drive revenue growth through selling success services
  • Participate in strategic customer meetings and demos
  • Continuous improvement of service offerings
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams
  • Monitor key performance indicators
