5+ years of experience in SaaS Renewal
Proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to excel in a fast-paced, virtual team environment
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Responsibilities
Maintain and expand customer adoption in the Public Sector
Build rapport with customers through phone and email communication
Manage daily outbound and inbound communications
Focus on renewal risk mitigation and forecasting
Drive the subscription renewal process from outreach to final procurement
Accurately forecast opportunities in SalesForce
Monitor and report renewal activity in Salesforce.com
Handle customer renewals to prevent contractual gaps
Escalate customer issues to appropriate support teams
Ensure timely resolution of customer issues
