Senior People Business Partner (APAC)
GitLab is looking for a Senior People Business Partner to align business objectives with people solutions, act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, and drive talent strategy.
Skills
- HR competency areas (organizational design, leadership development, change management, etc.)

- Experience in global talent management
Responsibilities
- Provide support and feedback to client groups
- Identify talent internally and externally
- Develop and drive People programs aligned with company goals
- Analyze trends and metrics to develop solutions
- Improve work relationships and productivity
- Provide guidance on restructures and workforce planning
- Participate in driving company-wide Talent Programs
Education
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Master's degree and/or HR Certification strongly preferred
