GitLab is looking for a Senior People Business Partner to align business objectives with people solutions, act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, and drive talent strategy.

Responsibilities

Provide support and feedback to client groups
Identify talent internally and externally
Develop and drive People programs aligned with company goals
Analyze trends and metrics to develop solutions
Improve work relationships and productivity
Provide guidance on restructures and workforce planning
Participate in driving company-wide Talent Programs

Education

Bachelor's degree preferred
Master's degree and/or HR Certification strongly preferred
