Solutions Architect, Commercial - AMER
GitLab is seeking a Solutions Architect for their Commercial team in North America to engage with clients and drive the adoption of GitLab's DevSecOps Platform.
Skills
- Technical pre-sales experience
- Cloud computing knowledge
- Understanding of software development lifecycle
- Familiarity with CI/CD principles
- Ability to use GitLab
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers during the pre-sales process
- Collaborate with sales team to exceed revenue targets
- Be the Directly Responsible Individual on Technical Close Plans
- Build customer relationships to enable advocacy
- Serve as customer advocate to GitLab teams
- Maintain market and GitLab technology knowledge
- Run Value Stream Assessments with client accounts
Education
- Experience in Information Technology
- Training in modern software development
