Business Development Representative (EMEA - German Speaking)
GitLab is looking for an enthusiastic and strategic Business Development Representative (BDR) to join the Revenue Marketing team. The role involves leading initial outreach to targeted Enterprise accounts and generating qualified meetings and pipeline for the Sales organization.
Skills
- Fluent in German
- Positive and energetic phone skills
- Strong writing skills
- Knowledge of business process and organizational structure
Responsibilities
- Execute outbound prospecting initiatives
- Conduct high-level discovery conversations in target accounts
- Meet or exceed BDR sourced Sales Accepted Opportunity volume targets
- Collaborate with teammates to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging
- Utilize business and industry knowledge to research accounts and identify key players
