Resident Services Coordinator

Givens Communities is seeking a full-time Resident Services Coordinator to support its Affordable Community in Waynesville. The role focuses on providing supportive service delivery to elderly, disabled, and special needs populations.

Responsibilities

  • Determine individual client needs and make appropriate referrals
  • Conduct regular community assessments
  • Advocate for residents
  • Document activities and services in compliance with regulations
  • Plan and implement on-site programs and community events
  • Market and recruit participants for programs
  • Complete monthly production reports
  • Engage in eviction prevention mediation

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field
