Givens Communities is seeking a full-time Resident Services Coordinator to support its Affordable Community in Waynesville. The role focuses on providing supportive service delivery to elderly, disabled, and special needs populations.

Determine individual client needs and make appropriate referrals
Conduct regular community assessments
Advocate for residents
Document activities and services in compliance with regulations
Plan and implement on-site programs and community events

Engage in eviction prevention mediation

Education

Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field
