Senior Accountant

As a Senior Accountant at Givens Communities, you will coordinate accounting operations for our Affordable Communities and Givens Estates. Your primary responsibilities include reconciling accounts, reviewing accounts payable, assisting with audit preparation, and consulting department heads regarding financial reporting needs. To qualify for the Senior Accountant position at Givens Communities, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and preferably a minimum of three years of accounting experience. Professional certifications such as CPA, CHAM, or CMA are highly desirable. Familiarity with accounting software, including Microsoft Office and Yardi Voyager, is also preferred.
