Data Science Lead, Product
Glean is on a mission to transform work with AI-assisted solutions. We're seeking a Data Science Lead to define data assets and improve KPIs for our AI products, working closely with multiple teams.
Skills
- Strong business sense
- Proficient in SQL and Python
- Familiar with BI visualization tools
- Experience in statistics and A/B testing
Responsibilities
- Define and build data assets for AI-powered products
- Identify opportunities to improve KPIs
- Create and maintain quantitative frameworks
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams
Education
- Bachelors/Masters/PhD in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or related field
