Glean is on a mission to transform knowledge work through AI, seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to drive sales and ensure customer success.

Responsibilities

  • Source and close net new logos within a given territory
  • Navigate complex organizational structures
  • Research and understand business objectives of customers
  • Collaborate with internal partners to move deals forward
  • Deliver ARR revenue targets with a metric-based approach
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive opportunities
  • Create ROI and business justification reports
  • Run tight POCs based on business success criteria
