Proven experience in sales or technical enablement within a B2B SaaS company
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong project management and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Proficiency in content management systems and design software
Responsibilities
Oversee the onboarding and welcome experience for new partners
Evaluate, implement, and maintain tooling for partner training
Create and deliver onboarding, role-based, and technical training
Manage certification requirements for Glean partner sellers
Maintain success metrics and analytics on partner training
Collaborate with partner marketing for appropriate materials and trainings
Conceptualize and lead annual Glean Partners events
Education
Bachelor's degree in a related field
5+ years of experience in a similar role within an international / B2B SaaS company
