Partner Enablement Manager
Glean is seeking a strategic and dynamic Partner Enablement Manager to focus on training, empowering, and scaling our global partner ecosystem. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in empowering our partner community with the training, strategies, and resources they need to succeed with Glean.
Skills
- Proven experience in sales or technical enablement within a B2B SaaS company
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Proficiency in content management systems and design software
Responsibilities
- Oversee the onboarding and welcome experience for new partners
- Evaluate, implement, and maintain tooling for partner training
- Create and deliver onboarding, role-based, and technical training
- Manage certification requirements for Glean partner sellers
- Maintain success metrics and analytics on partner training
- Collaborate with partner marketing for appropriate materials and trainings
- Conceptualize and lead annual Glean Partners events
Education
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role within an international / B2B SaaS company
