Partner Enablement Manager

Glean is seeking a strategic and dynamic Partner Enablement Manager to focus on training, empowering, and scaling our global partner ecosystem. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in empowering our partner community with the training, strategies, and resources they need to succeed with Glean.

Skills

  • Proven experience in sales or technical enablement within a B2B SaaS company
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Proficiency in content management systems and design software

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the onboarding and welcome experience for new partners
  • Evaluate, implement, and maintain tooling for partner training
  • Create and deliver onboarding, role-based, and technical training
  • Manage certification requirements for Glean partner sellers
  • Maintain success metrics and analytics on partner training
  • Collaborate with partner marketing for appropriate materials and trainings
  • Conceptualize and lead annual Glean Partners events

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role within an international / B2B SaaS company
