Content Designer
Glean is looking for an experienced Content Designer to help define the future of work and establish the content design function.
Skills
- Strong content and linguistic background
- Understanding of design and user interfaces
- Experience with AI tools and B2B products
- Technical understanding of AI concepts
- Collaboration and feedback incorporation skills
- Ability to work in Figma
- Strong written, verbal, and storytelling skills
- Thrive in ambiguity and self-starter mentality
Responsibilities
- Refine concepts and definitions within the product system
- Evolve the tone of voice for approachability
- Design, write, edit compelling in-product language
- Collaborate with various teams to launch products
- Evangelize content design discipline and set up best practices
- Ensure highest quality product experiences
