Marketing Assistant - LATAM

Essential Functions:

Performs administrative duties to ensure timely execution of marketing activities.

Organizes events, coordinates with internal and cross-functional teams, and generates reports on marketing metrics.

Creates and/or distributes emails, business letters, memorandums, reports, charts, etc.

Books and schedules event staff and talent, including but not limited to makeup artists and talent models.

Secures talent documents and signatures, such as talent release, testimonials, and talent consent.

Confirms all documentation submitted for approval is accurate and complete.

Stores, locates, and retrieves project files or creative assets.

Develops knowledge of the company’s products and services. Collaborates with subject matter experts as needed to facilitate the accuracy of content.

Assesses the status of individual pieces of literature for proper processing requirements.

Identifies and documents specific changes pertaining to various revision requests. Processes minimal change requests (coupon code, expiration dates, job numbers, headers).

Gathers samples and ensures packaging suitability with Shipping.

Assists with online market research to aid team in assessing the competitive environment and planning.

Assists with equipment setup as needed.

Performs other related duties and projects as business needs require at direction of management.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience required.

Minimum of two (2) years of marketing experience.

Pay Range: $17.00-$20.00/hr.
