Job Overview:As a UI/UX Designer, you will drive the transformation of the Polemos platform’s user experience, creating a modern, intuitive interface that reflects our brand and meets evolving user needs. Working closely with the Head of Product, you will lead a comprehensive redesign to enhance usability, visual appeal, and brand alignment as we expand to support multiple games and chains.Responsibilities:Platform Revamp:• Conduct a full review of the current platform to identify UI/UX improvement areas.• Implement a comprehensive redesign, creating a seamless, user-friendly experience.• Redefine the user journey with a focus on onboarding and intuitive navigation.New Feature Design:• Design engaging, cohesive interfaces for new features, maintaining visual and functional consistency.• Ensure a seamless user experience as the platform expands to support multiple games and chains.User Testing & Feedback Integration:• Conduct user testing to gather insights into platform usability and design.• Incorporate feedback into the design process to continuously improve the platform.Brand Cohesion:• Align all design elements with Polemos’s brand and evolving product offerings.• Update visual elements and messaging ensuring brand relevance and user clarity.Requirements:Experience:• Proven experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio of platform or application redesigns.• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.• Familiarity with the web3, gaming, or blockchain ecosystems is a plus.Skills:• Expertise in user-centered design principles and best practices.• Strong communication skills for collaboration with technical and non-technical team members.• Experience with user testing and feedback integration for design refinement.• Attention to detail with an eye for both aesthetics and functionality.• Fluent in English.Preferred Qualifications:• Experience designing for multi-product or multi-chain platforms.• Knowledge of frontend frameworks (e.g., React) to facilitate effective team collaboration.• Previous experience in a fast-paced or startup environment.
