Benefits and Wellness Analyst

Skills

Strong verbal and written communication

Experience with Benefitsolver and non-qualified retirement plans a plus

Responsibilities

Assist in administering various benefits including medical, dental, life insurance, retirement plans, and wellness programs.
Develop opportunities to achieve Employer of Choice status.
Respond to benefit inquiries and process changes as needed.
Coordinate benefits and wellness communications.
Maintain accurate records of benefits enrollment and sensitive HR data.
Analyze benefit plans and prepare related reports.
Provide support for workplace accommodations and leaves of absence.
Participate in special projects and policy development.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
