Director, AI Strategy

Global Atlantic Financial Group is seeking a Director of AI Strategy to lead AI-driven solutions and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance their financial services.

Skills

Proficiency in Python development.
Experience with machine learning frameworks and deep learning toolsets.
Familiarity with AWS services.
Knowledge of AI Transformer libraries.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy LLM driven solutions & machine learning models.
Work with large-scale data sets, including structured and unstructured data.
Implement and optimize machine learning algorithms and deep learning models.
Utilize AWS technologies for model training and deployment.
Experience with fine tuning LLM’s for business problems.
Develop solutions using publicly available AI Transformer libraries.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging.
Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in AI and machine learning.

Education

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
