Payroll Associate

Global Atlantic Financial Group is seeking a Payroll Associate to join their payroll team, responsible for payroll operations supporting a workforce of approximately 1800 employees. The role emphasizes accuracy, compliance with regulations, and support to employees.

Responsibilities

Process bi-weekly payroll for all employees
Ensure accurate and timely calculation of wages and other compensation elements
Maintain and update employee payroll records
Prepare and submit payroll tax filings
Ensure compliance with payroll regulations
Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll deductions
Collaborate with HR and Finance departments
Generate and distribute payroll reports

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
