• Key Responsibilities

Specific duties and roles include, but not limited to, all the followings.
・Global Talent Management （designs and implements frameworks of various talent management initiatives on global basis）
・Global Mobility （designs and implements frameworks to connect our talent to dynamic and diverse career opportunities across the firm and around the world, while managing global mobility policies and implications.）
・Global Measurement （designs and implements frameworks to consistently identify and assess talents hired outside Japan.）
・Global Branding （designs, devising and implementing consistent global corporate brand strategy internally and externally）
・Globalization of Head Office （designs and implements frameworks to enhance global capability of Head Office）
・Global HRIS （designing, implementing, maintaining, and enhancing Human Resources Information Systems by strategically planning, and evaluating efficiencies and opportunities of HR system）

• 業務内容：

下記事項を重要施策として位置付けており、海外各地のHRスペシャリスト達とも協働のうえ企画から運用まで一気通貫で担っていただきます。

・Global Talent Management （グローバル人材育成の企画/運営）
・Global Mobility （地域/国を跨いだ人材異動の企画/運営）
・Global Measurement （Grading/Evaluation/Title Structure/Assessment等、グローバル共通指標の企画/運営）
・Global Branding （グローバルベースでの当行ブランディング強化に関する企画/運営）
・Globalization of Head Office （国内拠点のグローバル対応力強化、日本採用従業員の語学力向上施策の企画/運営）
・Global HRIS （グローバルベースでの人事システム並びに人事データ活用に関する企画/運営） ＜Working Experience 経験＞

• Qualifications

・3+ years of working experience as HR Specialist or Consultant in Global HR fields

• Preferred

・Outstanding interpersonal skills with experience of liaising with numerous employees at a variety of countries / cultural background
・Ability to communicate effectively while understanding different perspectives of stakeholders involving in regional and global strategies and initiatives
・Ability to think outside the box and bring forward creative ideas to the teams
・Working experience in Overseas
・Working experience in Financial industry
・Interested and passionated for globalization of organization / society

• 必須

・グローバル人事に関する実務経験をお持ちの方（目安：3年以上）
