The Senior Compensation Analyst will provide compensation support and consultation to HR Business Partners and various corporate departments and field locations. This support includes job evaluations, salary recommendations, pay equity reviews, and responding to general compensation inquiries. Additionally, this position will provide guidance to HRBPs and managers on compensation policies and best practices that will ensure compliance equity.For over 90 years Global Partners LP has been delivering the energy our communities need to grow, move, and thrive. Access and PowerPoint preferred.“Gauges” of Responsibility -• Evaluate job descriptions to ensure proper job alignment and FLSA compliance.• Administer Global’s compensation programs including annual base pay increases, bonuses and equity programs.• Make recommendations to management on how to streamline salary procedures and processes.• Provide guidance to HRBPs to develop total reward solutions and comprehensive pay decisions.• Support in the development and communication of compensation policies and programs.• Identify pay trends and develop recommendations to address any areas of opportunity.• Annual review of compensation plans to ensure that plans are up to date, in compliance, and competitive. This is to ensure plans are providing the necessary motivation and rewarding performance.• Participate in salary surveys and analyze data on a regular basis to confirm market competitiveness.“Fuel” for You -• Coins!
