At Edelman, the Global Project Management Group Leader will focus on professionalizing and growing adoption for the Integrated Project Management function among the agency’s large clients to support business growth, offering diversification and financial stewardship.
This group leader will be responsible for positioning and championing the function and for encouraging agency integration. They will need to be an effective collaborator and be able to bring specialty, client and business leaders with them in order to design, manage and implement strategies that will simplify processes and enhance and improve how teams staff, work and operate across the globe.
The ideal candidate will employ a creative and data-driven approach to Project Management Leadership that pulls on a broad spectrum of best practices, using various methodologies. The successful candidate will be able to build trust, credibility, and will have a proven track record of demonstrated impact for the business, its work and its client relationships. This person should understand broader agency operations and workflow and contribute to broader conversations about pricing, team and delivery models, capacity planning and benchmarking for specialty engagement.

$275,000 - $350,000 a year
An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of DJEH’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, a Paid Time Off policy, and region-specific benefits.
