Global Security Operations Center - Manager
Scope of the role:
The Global Security Operation Center (GSOC) Manager manages the development, oversight, and execution of strategic programs for EA's GSOC function. We are looking for a unique combination of physical security/safety/risk-based Intelligence operational and logistical expertise coupled with a deep program management and strategic programs development experience. The GSOC Manager drives strategic planning of GSOC procedures and develops process workflows and guidelines throughout the group to standardize the business process for the team. Additionally, the GSOC Manager oversees all programs associated with the GSOC located in multiple global locations, along with their compliance procedures.
You will report to the Senior Manager - Global Protective Services.
Main Accountabilities

Manage end-to-end GSOC services and facilitate the strategic direction of the GSOC collective program procedures

Develop, implement, and revise governance and compliance procedures and its related activities within the GSOC team.

Budget/results accountability for assigned projects.

Ensure that support staffing meets site-specific needs.

Leverage internal case management system to ensure staffing deployment.

Manage partnerships with important partners.

Be a liaison among partners to analyze requirements for changes to business processes.

Conduct business case analysis and facilitate planning goals.

Develop measurable and deliver status reports, business metrics, and business plans.

Facilitate problem definition and analysis.

Create detailed descriptions of user needs and translate into functional requirements.

Provide guidance for the team by ensuring goals are met.

Explore and adopt changing technology in preparedness for and to accommodate evolving organizational needs.

Build relationships with business leaders and internal and external partners.

Collaborate with other service responsibilities (IT, HR, Finance, and Legal).

Track and maintain compliance records.

Create data to ensure regulatory and contractual compliance.

Professional Expertise/ Knowledge

Lead teams and performance management in a global environment across varied cultures.

Security operations center management.

Industry best practices and metrics defining operational performance.

Strategic planning and program management in the global security domain.

Knowledge of cost estimating and fiscal management.

Knowledge of 24/7 security monitoring processes, and applications to include Access Control and CCTV systems administration, use, and deployment.

AI data and analytics software experience.

Global travel risk and mass notifications systems.

Electronic Case Management applications.

Knowledge of current security technology and latest trends.
Experience
-
3-5 years in a similar role leading a Security Operations Center within a multinational corporate security or general operations team.

Experience in program management / strategic planning & programs.
-
Former corporate security/law enforcement experience is desired or applicable educational experience.
Education
-
Bachelor of Science Degree or combination of requisite experience and education.
-
ASIS affiliation.
US COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these states. If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the base salary range and benefits for your specific location.

Salary offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.
BASE SALARY RANGES

California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. Sacramento):º $113,300 - $171,700
Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby (following 1 year of service), medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
