Job Description:
Summary / purpose of the position
To drive accurate supply planning and execution through:
-
leading the group inventory management process to fulfil the Global Supply Chain/Group strategy
-
managing and controlling the supply planning data
to ensure a fully integrated supply planning and execution process that is data driven.
Main responsibilities / job expectations
Inventory Management
-
Analyse and report weekly risk of stock out & low stock while supporting the coordination of mitigation actions.

Lead the annual review of inventory policy at all levels (Finish goods, Semi-finish goods) to optimised inventory in collaboration with Global Demand team & Site Supply Chain

Lead the preparation of quarterly inventory budget and forecast exercise at group level
-
Lead the monthly review of actual inventory vs budget and forecast with End-to-End Supply chain Director/Relationship Director

Establishing and following Inventory metrics
Supply Planning

Lead supply planning new joiner / refresh training
-
Be Subject Matter Expert for Inventory, Supply and Data Management

Be a competent back-up for the Global Demand Coordinator
Supply Planning & Execution Data management

Ensuring cleanliness & consistency of transactional data and master data in supply planning and execution systems: analysis & reporting to identify area of improvement & orchestrate activities through supply chain business community to ensure corrective actions are taken

Managing adherence to a Supply Chain data governance framework (policies, standard, practices) at all levels in the supply chain network and be the business expert of Supply planning and execution data management as part of Supply Chain Centre of Excellence

Establishing data-quality metrics and requirements, including defining the values, ranges, and parameters that are acceptable for each data element.

Lead the review of Service Level Agreement between commercial and manufacturing, specifically regarding supply parameters in the context of the annual review and for new product introduction
Knowledge, abilities & experience
Education / Certifications:
- Master degree level graduate or post-graduate in Supply Chain or in Business/Engineering school

APICS CPIM certification would be advantageous
Experience:
-
5 years experience in Supply Chain, with experience in Inventory Management and supply planning
-
Knowledge of pharmaceutical business is an advantage
Languages:
-
Fluent in English, French is an advantage

Capacity to process and analyse high volumes of data, root cause and propose imaginative ideas to improve ways of working

Financial acumen including a full understanding of how supply chain planning decisions impact the balance sheet and profit & loss
