We’re looking for an amazing Manager to lead our Supply Chain Training. You’ll be responsible for developing and implementing key capabilities (talent, processes, systems, analytics) within Supply Chain at Solenis. The manager will work closely with the Supply Chain team in the development, implementation and regular training of our Supply Chain process to include: Inventory Management, Material Resource Planning in SAP, Infor, and Sales and Operations Planning. Here’s a summary of what Solenis is looking for in its Global Supply Chain Training Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Help design training for the supply chain teams in Inventory Management, Material Resource Planning in SAP, Demand & Supply Planning in Infor, Tableau, and Sales and Operations Planning
• Audit each facility and functions on compliance to the standards and training
• Create scorecards and other control mechanisms for maintaining and sustaining key initiatives. Where there are gaps, develop additional training plans.
• Manage the development of capabilities for the required skillsets and capabilities, developing, and implementing training programs
• Develop and execute functional training plan, coordinate with HR on soft skills training plan
• Work with the integrations team to ensure all training is completed and followed during future integrations.

• Bachelor’s degree required in computer science, finance, engineering, supply chain or equivalent
• 8-10 years of work experience in supply chain, preferably in developing and implementing capability improvement programs and training programs
• Significant experience with end-to-end supply chain processes
• Experience being able to get things done in ambiguous, complex, matrixed organizations
• Having participated in change management initiatives
• Strong analytical capability and aptitude.
• Knowledge/exposure to multiple supply chain systems
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products
• Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal, and presentation communication skills, including power point presentations
• Ability to work and get results in ambiguous and complex situations
