As a Client Director at Nexthink, your main responsibility will be to provide strategic leadership to our clients. In collaboration with our technical services and customer success teams, you will develop customer-centric solutions based on your client's strategic outcomes. Your role is pivotal in managing executive relationships between Nexthink and assigned clients while overseeing the worldwide development and deployment of resources for these accounts.
Job Outcomes to be delivered within the first include the following:
Secure Renewals:
Proactively develop and update account plans
Collaborate with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to continuously evolve Customer Success Plans
Manage contract negotiations to ensure successful renewals and potential upsells
Remain updated on market trends and external economic factors to proactively identify and mitigate client risk
Continuous Value Tracking in Customer Currency:
Drive executive business engagement discussions to ensure alignment with strategic direction, delivering on defined customer value (bi-annual)
Expand Footprint, Increase ARR:
Identify and/or broaden relationships with key stakeholders within a set of accounts
Develop champions and foster Executive-to-Executive relationships, broadening our solutions in alignment with customers' IT strategic initiatives and the personal wins of the champions/Executive Boards
Build Referenceable Customers:
Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with Workplace Leaders and Executive stakeholders
Deeply understand the customers' business needs and position how Nexthink can uniquely support these needs
Other responsibilities:
Building trust and multi-tiered relationships within clients' organization, from project/IT teams to CxO level
Developing a clear roadmap and building capabilities across clients and Nexthink teams to promote an outstanding customer experience
Achieving financial targets set out for the assigned clients, including Licenses, Renewals and Professional Services
8+ years in a role focused on enterprise customer relationship management and strategizing account plans towards revenue prospects
3+ years as a Client Director, Account Director, Customer Direcctor or similar role, with a proven record of delivering multi-million-dollar enterprise sales solutions and managing relationships at an executive level
Prior sales background in domains like EUC, IT Service Management, Security Operations, Operations Management (within tech or IT sales firms)
Demonstrated success in reaching sales objectives
Capability to lead distributed or matrix-structured teams
Proficiency in understanding comprehensive, strategic IT business requirements of potential customers

Base salary ranges are determined by country, role, level, experience, and skills.
