Job Description
As a Content Copy Editor, you edit pieces produced by the content team for Go Local Interactive and its clients. Your attention to detail and adherence to branding guidelines ensures proper voice and tone. You leverage your knowledge of grammar and writing mechanics to strategically and creatively edit copy that is optimized for search engines, keeping your clients’ goal top of mind. You primarily edit copy for location pages, static pages, and blogs; secondarily implement content into clients’ content management systems; and tertiarily develop content to help with production efforts of the content team. You work well with a team, and you take initiative to meet goals and deadlines.
