Customer Operations Representative
GoCardless is seeking a Customer Operations Representative to deliver excellent customer service and support our customers' journey. This role will involve communication with customers globally and collaboration with various teams.

Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for customers
- Analyze and report product issues
- Guide customers in using the product dashboard
- Monitor customer complaints on social media
- Perform KYC checks and screenings
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer support or KYC preferred
