Customer Operations Representative

GoCardless is seeking a Customer Operations Representative to deliver excellent customer service and support our customers' journey. This role will involve communication with customers globally and collaboration with various teams.

Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for customers
  • Analyze and report product issues
  • Guide customers in using the product dashboard
  • Monitor customer complaints on social media
  • Perform KYC checks and screenings

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in customer support or KYC preferred
