We need an English-fluent Tech Recruiter, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.

We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for handling the complete recruitment life cycle for Direct Clients in the US.
• Learn the technical/Non-technical requirements of various positions, do research as needed, and submit consultants’ profiles that match these criteria in a timely manner.
• Establish relationships with consultants/contractors in specified regions.
• Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interviews and placement.

Requirements:

• 2+years of experience with Recruitment for Technical/IT Positions.
• Experience using various talent acquisition strategies to source candidates through online channels (e.g. job portals, professional networks, etc.).
• Experience with LinkedIn recruiter, internal database, and referrals.
• Experience sourcing for candidates in the US is preferred.
