Recruiter | GoHenry
GoHenry is seeking a recruiter to join our dynamic global People team. Reporting into our Manager of Talent Acquisition / Senior People Partner, the Recruiter will be primarily responsible for the recruitment of our call centre teams, based in Farnborough and Lymington. You’ll work to proactively source and screen candidates in addition to supporting other roles, as required.
This is a full-time, 37.5 hours per week, role working Monday to Friday 9 am to 5:30 pm, on a 12-month fixed term contract. This role will be based out of our Farnborough office and will be required in the office 2/3 days a week.
What you’ll do:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for all call centre roles, including; job postings, CV screening, initial screening interviews, assessment activities, and interview coordination through to offers.
Proactively directly source candidates through channels including job boards, social media, and local networks
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs
Attend job fairs, career events, and other recruitment activities to increase brand visibility in the Farnborough area, and ensure we’re able to attract great talent
Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Communicate effectively with candidates, keeping them informed and engaged.
Manage candidate feedback and provide prompt follow-ups.
Provide guidance to hiring managers on candidate selection and best recruitment practices.
Collaborate with the People Operations and [Call Center] Onboarding Team to ensure smooth onboarding of all new hires.
Ensure compliance with all employment laws and company policies
Providing other general recruitment support, as needed.
What we’re looking for:
Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a high-volume call centre or customer service environment.
Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle, sourcing strategies, and screening techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple open positions simultaneously.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Experience in creating and conducting recruitment reports and metrics.
Knowledge of employment laws and hiring compliance.
Ability to adapt and innovate recruitment practices to meet the changing needs of the business.
