Responsibilities

Work alongside Sales and Customer Success as the ultimate product expert
Understand all aspects of the Gong platform
Be the trusted advisor to prospects and customers
Assist prospects and customers with Business Assessment
Craft content to show customers how to leverage Gong
Solve complex business and technical requirements
Assist with RFPs and questionnaires
Collaborate with cross-functional teams

Education

Relevant degree in a technical field preferred
