Incumbent may work non-standard hours as needed. Position is eligible for telecommuting 1-2 days per week. The incumbent for this position is anticipated to work August 1 to May 31 each year. This position is part of the Colleague Relations team and will primarily support faculty and staff working under the Provost, including those in the College of Arts & Sciences and the six Schools throughout the university. The HR Partner will provide colleague / employee relation support and partner with supervisors to improve work relationships and productivity.
