The University provides full-time employees in their first year:

The incumbent for this position is anticipated to work August 1 to May 31 each year.

Employment Status Regular Temporary or Fixed-Term Assignment End Date Hours per Week 40 Months per Year 10 Job Purpose The HR Partner is the primary liaison between Human Resource (HR) and their assigned divisions/departments.
This position is part of the Colleague Relations team and will primarily support faculty and staff working under the Provost, including those in the College of Arts & Sciences and the six Schools throughout the university.
The HR Partner will provide colleague / employee relation support and partner with supervisors to improve work relationships and productivity.
Members of the Colleague Relations team proactively create and maintain Gonzaga University as a welcoming and inclusive environment for all through outreach, consulting, and policy advisement that is founded in the mission of Gonzaga University.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications
