Join our Collaborative Care Team where you’ll work alongside a multidisciplinary group dedicated to providing outstanding, compassionate mental health care. In this role, you’ll have the chance to deliver therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families, creating tailored treatment plans that meet their unique needs. Your expertise will help guide clients on their journey to wellness, all while collaborating closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other professionals to ensure integrated care. We believe in the importance of detailed documentation and will support you in maintaining compliant records of your interactions with clients. Team meetings are essential here, too; they help us coordinate our support efforts effectively. We’re seeking someone with a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, an active LMFT license, and exceptional communication skills. At the heart of your work will be a client-first approach, emphasizing compassion and understanding.
