Full-Time Occupational Therapist – Join Us in Oregon

We’re looking for a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our team at an Assisted Living Facility in Oregon. In this role, you’ll work alongside a supportive team, helping residents regain confidence and independence in their daily lives.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 9AM-5 PM

Patient Volume: 7 patients a day or 35 patient visits a week

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess residents’ physical, cognitive, and emotional abilities, identifying ways to enhance their quality of life.
  • Create personalized treatment plans that align with their goals and physician recommendations.
  • Track progress, celebrate milestones, and adjust approaches to ensure the best outcomes.
  • Stay current with industry practices and maintain compliance with healthcare standards.

Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 a year.

Requirements:

  • Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in Oregon State.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a skilled nursing facility.
  • Knowledge of current occupational therapy practice standards and regulations.
  • Proficient in using electronic medical records and other healthcare software.
