- Salary: $150,000 - $170,000 per year + benefits
- Schedule: Full-time
- Patient Volume: 14-16 patients a day
Key Duties:
- Review patient histories, including substance use patterns and lab results, to develop tailored treatment plans.
- Use CIWA and COWS withdrawal scales to ensure safe and effective care.
- Prescribe and manage medications, including MAT, under physician supervision.
- Monitor for signs of medical or psychiatric deterioration, intervening as needed.
- Maintain meticulous documentation in electronic health records.
- Collaborate with a highly skilled care team, including nurses, physicians, and behavioral health professionals.
- Provide mentorship and clinical guidance to other healthcare team members.
- Support facility operations to ensure a safe, structured, and professional environment.
Qualifications:
- California PA or NP license
- MSN degree (for NPs) with board certification (FNP, ANP, PMHNP)
- DEA license, NPI number, and Board of Pharmacy License
