Position Overview
We are hiring a Demand Generation Leader to lead the development and optimization of GovDash’s GTM channel growth strategies. You’ll work at the intersection of data, technology, and strategy to build scalable systems that drive lead generation, qualification, and engagement. A core focus of your role will be to create a data-driven lead ranking engine and optimize lead funnels for growth.
We are looking for a technical, GTM-savvy leader to build systems that scale lead ranking, optimize funnels, and experiment across channels to supercharge our growth rate.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Ranking & Scoring: Build and optimize a data-driven lead ranking engine to prioritize high-quality prospects effectively.
Data-Driven Campaigns: Develop and execute data-backed campaigns that improve lead acquisition, nurture, and conversion rates across multiple channels.
Tech Stack Development: Partner with product and engineering teams to develop and optimize marketing tools, integrations, and analytics systems.
Channel Strategy Optimization: Continue experiments with SEM, paid ads, email, social media, and other GTM channels to identify high-ROI strategies.
Performance Measurement: Define, measure, and report on KPIs related to pipeline growth, campaign performance, and ROI.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in a technical marketing, growth, or demand generation role, ideally in a SaaS company focused on B2B or enterprise sales.
Excited to take ownership and experiment quickly.
Expertise in building and optimizing lead scoring systems using CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot (this is what we use).
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to create detailed reports, analyze data, and drive insights for optimization.
Familiarity with running campaigns across SEM, paid social, email, and web channels.
Self-starter with a collaborative mindset; able to work cross-functionally with sales, engineering, and product teams.
