Aujourd’hui, Lucca dispose d’un vaste réseau de partenaires et souhaite continuer à l’étendre en France et à l’étranger. Notre équipe Partenariat composée de 31 collaborateurs gère 4 types de partenariat à ce jour : la distribution, l’apport d’affaires, la sous-traitance et les partenaires technologiques.

Notre métier est de gérer toute la relation avec nos partenaires (onboarding, formation, suivi KPI, actions commerciales et marketing …).

Être Partner Animation Manager, c’est d’accompagner l’équipe Distribution et l’équipe Alliances dans l’animation de leurs partenaires. 


Missions


Animation du réseau 

La communication est un point clé dans la mission de Partner Animation Manager.


Votre rôle est de produire le contenu qui aidera les partenaires à commercialiser et à préconiser les solutions Lucca : les mailings pour les partenaires et leurs clients, les présentations powerpoint pour les événements d’animation du réseau, les clubs utilisateurs.


Tous les jours vous produisez du contenu pour faire vivre notre communauté de partenaires : posts LinkedIn pour l’équipe channels sur les partenariats, les événements de nos partenaires, leurs certifications,  les nouveaux assets mis à disposition de nos partenaires. Vous suivez les statistiques, répondez, animez le réseau.


Vous suivez également  les actions marketing prévues et réalisées par chaque partenaire avec les Partner Account et Alliance Managers. Votre posture est proactive pour pousser un maximum d'actions permettant de développer la génération de leads et les ventes pour Lucca. 


Pour les partenaires “premium”, vous les conseillerez, avec l’aide du Channels Marketing, sur les actions à mener sur leur parc clients et les aiderez à préparer et à co-animer ces événements Lucca (webinaire, salon, forum, etc.), mais aussi à communiquer sur les nouveautés Produits.


Vous aidez également le Partner Development Manager dans la rédaction du contenu pour le recrutement des partenaires : one pagers, présentations sur les partenariats de Lucca, aide sur les phrases d'accroche pour sa communication.


Relation avec les partenaires 

Afin d’assurer la satisfaction des partenaires et de leurs clients et de construire une relation de confiance et de proximité, vous serez en charge de mettre en place une organisation commune avec les Partner et Alliances Managers pour faire des points réguliers avec les référents de l’activité Lucca chez les partenaires et mettre en place les actions nécessaires à la réussite du partenariat. 


Vous accompagnez les partenaires dans leur utilisation de notre plateforme avec le contenu marketing, la plateforme numérique pour la réalisation des témoignages.


Vous êtes en lead et référent des channels pour l’équipe channel marketing dans  l’organisation des événements annuels avec les partenaires. 


Mise en place du plan d’animation et suivi des performances 

Vous êtes à l’initiative de prendre contact avec chaque partenaire de Lucca pour comprendre son profil, son fonctionnement et mettre en place des actions personnalisées, construire avec lui son plan d’animation du réseau. 


Vous serez également chargé de suivre vos KPI (indicateurs clés de performance) : posts publiés, impact des actions commerciales/marketing, suivi du calendrier des actions commerciales et marketing. 


Profil recherché 

Le match est parfait si vous aimez qu’aucune journée ne se ressemble, et aussi si :

- Vous êtes diplômé(e) d’une grande école de commerce ou d'un équivalent universitaire et vous avez déjà une expérience d’au moins 2 ans dans le domaine du marketing des logiciels de gestion ;

- Vous êtes autonome, réactif(ve) et vous avez la capacité de travailler sur plusieurs projets simultanément ;

- Vous avez un très bon relationnel et de bonnes capacités rédactionnelles ;

- Vous avez soif d’apprendre et vous aimez les défis ;

- Vous appréciez la critique constructive et cherchez toujours à challenger vos idées et celles des autres ;

- Vous maîtrisez l’anglais.
