Business Litigation Attorney

My client in Lubbock is looking to add two Business Litigation Attorneys to join their presitigious practice. Ideal candidates will have either 2-6 or 5+ years of solid commercial or business litigation experience. Must have experience taking and defending depositions and motion practice. Qualified applicants will be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of corporate disputes, employment law, contract disputes, shareholder or partnership disputes, and complex litigation strategies. As a key member of this legal team, you will have the opportunity to work on high-profile/high-value cases, collaborate with seasoned professionals, and contribute to the continued success of the firm.
