Municipal/Public Entity Attorney

Our dynamic and growing law firm is currently seeking an experienced Municipal/Public Entity Attorney. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of relevant experience and a strong passion for employment law.Responsibilities:• Conduct legal research and analysis to provide informed and strategic advice to clients.• Draft legal documents, contracts, pleadings, and other legal instruments.• Represent clients in court proceedings, negotiations, and settlement discussions.• Provide guidance and counsel to clients on a variety of legal issues.• Stay current with changes in the law and industry trends.• Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to achieve client objectives.• Maintain accurate and organized case files and documentation.Qualifications:• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.• Admission to the state Bar and in good standing.• 4-5 years of legal experience, with a focus on municipal law.• Strong litigation and negotiation skills.• Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.• Previous defense experience is a plus but not required.Benefits:• Competitive salary based on experience.• Health, dental, and vision insurance coverage.• Retirement savings plan.• Professional development opportunities.If you're interested in making a change, reach out to me today.
