The Project Architect role requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in architecture, along with 5-10 years of relevant professional experience across all phases of architectural projects. A Washington Architectural license is essential, and proficiency in Revit is necessary, with AutoCAD as a plus. Strong technical skills in documentation and code compliance are also vital.
