Job Title: Project Manager – Excavation and Underground Wet UtilitiesJob Type: Full-TimeJob SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage excavation and underground wet utility projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in excavation, utility installation, and project management. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.Key Responsibilities• Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and oversee excavation and underground wet utility projects from start to finish, ensuring all phases are executed smoothly.• Budget & Schedule Management: Develop and manage project budgets and schedules. Monitor expenses and project timelines, addressing any issues that may arise.• Team Coordination: Lead and supervise project teams, including subcontractors and field staff. Provide clear instructions and support to ensure effective team performance.• Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or changes to the project scope.• Quality Control: Ensure that all work meets industry standards and complies with safety regulations and project specifications.• Documentation: Maintain accurate project records, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
