As a Purchasing Agent, you will be responsible for sourcing and procuring high-quality materials and equipment at the best possible prices to support our manufacturing operations.Responsibilities:• Develop and execute procurement strategies that support business objectives and ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment• Manage relationships with existing suppliers and identify new vendors to ensure a reliable supply chain• Conduct research and analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and negotiate contracts with suppliers• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production and logistics teams to optimize material usage and minimize waste• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate supply chain risks• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements related to procurementQualifications:• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field• At least 3-5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in an industrial manufacturing environment• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills• Proficiency in using procurement software and tools• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities• Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirementsPlease submit a resume for consideration.
