Structural Steel DesignerJob Description:We are seeking a talented Structural Steel Designer with a minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction. The ideal candidate will be proficient in 3D CAD software, including Revit and Vertex, and will play a key role in designing structural steel components for various projects. This position requires strong technical skills, creativity, and the ability to collaborate effectively with engineers and other design professionals.Key Responsibilities:- Create detailed structural steel designs using 3D CAD software, including Revit and Vertex.- Collaborate with project engineers and architects to develop design solutions that meet project specifications.- Prepare and review design drawings, models, and specifications for accuracy and compliance.- Conduct structural analysis to ensure designs meet safety and regulatory standards.- Participate in project meetings and communicate design updates to team members and clients.Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field preferred.- At least 5 years of experience in structural steel design within the commercial construction sector.- Proficiency in 3D CAD software, including Revit and Vertex.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Salary Range:- $75,000 to $120,000, based on experience.If you are a skilled designer with a passion for structural steel and an eye for detail, we encourage you to apply!
