We are looking for a Graduate Intern to join our organizational effectiveness and learning team!

Are you looking for an organizational effectiveness and learning internship where you can make a huge impact on a dynamic communications consultancy? We are seeking an Organizational Effectiveness & Learning Graduate Intern to join our team.

About the Job

This role will provide overall project support to the Global Organizational Effectiveness & Learning team and to the Chief Employee Experience Officer. This person will work collaboratively with colleagues in the Executive, Talent, and Operations functions on special projects and initiatives including, but not limited to:

  • Supporting global priority learning and development initiatives:
    • Creating content (training design, slides, job aids, additional learning materials) for new learning initiatives
    • Delivering content via classroom or virtual training, if desired
    • Assisting in setting up webinars for virtual training
    • Assisting in the co-ordination and running of training sessions
    • Supporting in the marketing of Ketchum University, our in-house training program
  • Supporting global organizational effectiveness and change management projects:
    • Collaborating on materials for major change management projects
    • Codification of key meeting themes and notes
    • Collaborating and codifying notes for team inquiries
  • Supporting global employee engagement efforts:
    • Ideating, coordinating, and executing on pulse survey project needs
    • Assist with communication plan
  • Supporting global talent programs, tools, and large meetings such as:
    • Coordinating details around talent development programs
    • Compiling best practice research in the areas of talent development programming
    • Collaborating with Corporate Communications about messaging for talent programs and employee resources

Qualifications

  • Currently in the final year of pursuing, or has completed, a Master’s degree in I/O psychology, organizational behavior, organizational science, business, human resources, or related field
  • A general knowledge of business fundamentals and organizational practices and theories
  • Previous experience in a professional work environment
  • Experience working in a client-oriented, professional services environment is a plus
  • Ability to deliver classroom training, in-person or virtually, is a plus
  • Ability to work in a confidential environment with many senior leaders
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and excellent organization skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong work ethic with a commitment to high quality and service excellence to both clients as well as Ketchum team members
  • Desire to work in fast-paced environment with a passion for the field
  • Ability to work effectively independently, as well as part of a highly collaborative team

The salary for this position is $25/hr. The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, education, years of experience, past training, skills and abilities of applicant, internal equity and local geographic market data. A range of medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and/or other benefits also are available.
