Grafana Labs is looking for a Commercial Account Executive to prospect and close new business across the East Region of the US, employing a consultative sales approach.

Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed individual quarterly and annual sales goals
  • Outbound prospecting into net-new customers
  • Manage all aspects of the sales process
  • Cultivate sales through outbound prospecting and inbound leads
  • Understand and convey the value of Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise
  • Expertly manage sales pipeline in Salesforce
  • Manage quote creation, order processing, and customer requests
