Regional Sales Director, ASEAN (Remote, Singapore)

Grafana Labs is looking for a Regional Sales Director to lead a team of Account Executives in Singapore. The ideal candidate is an entrepreneurial sales leader with a background in technical applications.

Skills

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience navigating complex sales cycles
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work closely with C-Level executives

Responsibilities

  • Develop and mentor your sales team
  • Develop a pipeline to help over-achieve revenue targets
  • Direct sales activities by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals
  • Build and maintain an annual sales plan in support of organizational strategy
  • Meet with prospects and strategize with sales representatives
  • Develop long-term relationships with key contacts within account base

Education

  • Background in technical applications
  • Familiarity with open-source software is a plus
